What if I already have some of these accounts setup?
Most accounts like Google My Business allow you to share them with an agency so that we can update and optimize them. If that feature is not available, just provide us with your login and we will access the account.
What if my business account is already claimed by someone else?
For example, if your Google My Business account was claimed by someone whom you can no longer reach, then we (or you) can request an ownership transfer from Google. These transfers usually take 7 to 14 days. In some instances we may need you to directly contact the company to finalize the transfer.
What countries do you offer these services for?
Most accounts like Google My Business allow you to share them with an agency so that we can update and optimize them. If that feature is not available, just provide us with your login and we will access the account.
What Citations do you claim?
We claim and update those citations that will have the biggest impact on your business. Most businesses have the potential to be listed on between 100 to 500 citations. If you would like to add additional citations, please contact us for a quote.
How long does it take for the citations to go live?
Claiming citations can take several months before they are live. Once they are live, we will send you a spreadsheet with links to all of your listings.
How will this effect my local online rankings?
That is a difficult question to answer since there are over 200+ factors that determine your online ranking. While Google My Business is one of the largest factors in determining your local ranking, combined with a poor website or bad reputation, you may see only marginal improvements. Also, the number of competitors and their rankings are another factor to consider. However, our Local SEO plans are the building base from which we can add an SEO program that will rank you on top. How does the reputation monitoring service work?
Our reputation monitoring services works in conjunction with review sites like Google, Facebook, Yelp, Foursquare and others. It constantly checks for new review postings and then sends you an email when it detects a new posting. Please note that some of these review sites may require for us to have an active login to monitor effectively.
