• Total hours for agreement form – 6 hours included in original contract – total time was 14 hours
• Additional 8 hours at $200 per hour as per contract (see below)

Proposed is an integrated feature for signing of the Bareboat Charter Agreement. Once a booking is placed, customer details can be used to easily generate the personalized document which is then sent to customer for digital signing whether it be days prior or the day of the booking.

• Converting existing Bareboat Charter Agreement into digital form format for easy signing by customers – prior to boarding boat
• Admin dashboard to generate agreement per customer by simply inputting booking details and submitting for signature – includes ability to set up signing reminder emails
• Form includes ability to “Save as PDF” as attachment that is automatically emailed back to you once signed
• UETA / ESIGN compliant adhering to strictest document signing policies
• Includes six (6) hours of setup and form generation assistance – additional time will be charged hourly.
